1. Product Overview

The PalliPartners LCD Digital Microscope (Model 1) is a versatile instrument designed for detailed observation and recording of microscopic objects. Featuring a 4.3-inch 1080P HD screen, 10-megapixel camera, and 1-1000X magnification, it is suitable for various applications including hobbyist electronics repair, coin inspection, botanical studies, and educational exploration.

3. Setup Instructions

3.1 Assembly

1. Attach the microscope unit to the adjustable stand. Ensure it is securely fastened using the provided knobs.
2. Insert the 32GB TF card into the designated slot on the side of the microscope unit.
3. Place the assembled microscope on a stable, flat surface.

3.2 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the microscope's built-in lithium battery using the provided USB charging cable. Connect the cable to the Micro USB input port on the microscope and a compatible USB power source. The battery provides approximately 4-5 hours of operation on a full charge.

3.3 Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button (usually marked with a power symbol) to turn the device on or off.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Placing a Specimen

Place the object you wish to observe directly under the microscope lens on the base plate.

4.2 Adjusting Focus and Magnification

Rotate the focus knob on the microscope unit to bring the specimen into clear view on the 4.3-inch HD screen. The microscope offers 1-1000X digital magnification. Adjust the height of the microscope unit on the stand using the height adjustment knob for larger objects or to change the field of view.

4.3 Adjusting LED Illumination

The microscope features 8 adjustable LED lights around the lens. Use the LED light knob (typically on the side of the unit) to adjust the brightness for optimal viewing conditions.

4.4 Capturing Images and Videos

The 10MP camera allows for capturing high-resolution images and 1080P/720P videos. Use the designated buttons on the control panel to switch between photo and video modes and to initiate recording. Captured media is saved directly to the inserted 32GB TF card.

4.5 PC Connectivity

Connect the microscope to a computer via the USB interface for real-time viewing on a larger screen or to transfer captured files. The device can function as a USB camera when connected to a PC.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

To clean the lens, use a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical surfaces. For the screen and body, wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

5.2 Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the device when the battery indicator is low. If storing for an extended period, charge the battery to approximately 50% and store in a cool, dry place.

5.3 Storage

Store the microscope in a clean, dry environment away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity. Keep it in its original packaging or a protective case when not in use to prevent dust accumulation and physical damage.

• No Power: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the charging cable and try again.
• Blurry Image: Adjust the focus knob slowly until the image is clear. Ensure the specimen is properly illuminated by adjusting the LED lights.
• Cannot Save Files: Check if the TF card is inserted correctly and has sufficient free space. The card may need to be formatted (refer to the device settings menu).
• Screen Frozen: Use a thin object (like a paperclip) to press the 'REST' button (located near the Micro USB port) to reset the device.
