  2. Clean Before First Use: Wash all parts that will come into contact with food in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
  3. Attach Suction Base: Place the main grater unit on a clean, smooth, dry, non-porous countertop. Press down firmly on the unit while engaging the suction lever (if applicable) or twisting the base to activate the suction. Ensure the unit is stable and does not move.
  4. Insert Blade Drum: Select the desired blade drum (fine, thick, or slicing). Insert the drum into the transparent housing of the grater unit, ensuring it is seated correctly.
  5. Attach Handle: Secure the turning handle to the spindle of the blade drum. Ensure it clicks or locks into place.

Operating Instructions

  1. Prepare Food: Cut food items into pieces that fit comfortably into the grater's feeding chute.
  2. Secure Unit: Ensure the suction base is firmly attached to the countertop.
  3. Insert Food: Place the prepared food item into the feeding chute.
  4. Use Food Pusher: Gently press the food pusher down onto the food item.
