The Easy@Home Fingertip Pulse Oximeter EHP-029 is designed for measuring and monitoring blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate. This device is intended for sports and aviation use only and is not for medical diagnosis or treatment. It provides quick and accurate readings, featuring an OLED rotatable display and low power consumption.

2. Product Overview

The EHP-029 Pulse Oximeter features a compact design with an OLED display that shows SpO2 percentage, pulse rate (PRbpm), a pulse bar graph, and a pulse waveform. It is designed for ease of use and portability.

3. Setup

3.1 Battery Installation

  1. Open the battery compartment cover located on the back of the device.
  2. Insert two AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -) as indicated inside the compartment.
  3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

3.2 Attaching the Lanyard

Thread the provided lanyard through the loop on the pulse oximeter for convenient carrying.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Taking a Measurement

  1. Ensure the device has batteries installed.
  2. Open the clamp and insert one of your fingers (preferably the index, middle, or ring finger) into the rubber opening of the oximeter. Ensure your finger is fully inserted and resting on the sensor.
  3. Press the power button once to turn on the device.
  4. Keep your hand and body still during the measurement. Movement can affect accuracy.
  5. Readings for SpO2 and pulse rate will appear on the display within approximately 8 seconds.
  6. The device will automatically power off after 8 seconds of non-use.

4.2 Adjusting Brightness

To adjust the display brightness:
