3. Setup and Adjustment

2. Sternum Strap: Adjust the sternum strap across your chest to a comfortable height. Fasten the buckle and tighten it to secure the shoulder straps and prevent them from slipping. The integrated whistle can be used in emergency situations.
3. Hipbelt (if attached): If using the removable hipbelt, position it around your hips and fasten the buckle. Tighten the straps to transfer some of the load from your shoulders to your hips, improving stability.

Hydration System Setup:
