2. Setup
What's in the Box:
- Lepro LED Security Light (1 unit)
- EVA Gasket (1)
- Machine Screws (2)
- Wire Nuts (3)
- Rings (2)
- Mounting accessories (included)
- Note: Junction box not included.
Installation Guide:
Please ensure power is turned off at the circuit breaker before beginning installation. It is recommended to install the light at a height of 6.5-10 feet for optimal coverage.
- Prepare Wiring: Connect the light's black wire to the hot wire, white wire to the neutral wire, and green/yellow wire to the earth wire from your electrical box. Secure connections with wire nuts.
- Mount the Fixture: Secure the light fixture to the wall using the provided machine screws and gasket. Ensure a stable and secure mount.
- Adjust Light Heads: The three LED light heads can be adjusted vertically (90°) and horizontally (180° for outer heads, 300° for center head). The sensor head can also be adjusted (180°). Make sure the sensor head faces the ground for proper operation and protection against water damage. Maintain at least 1 inch space between the LED heads and the sensor head.
- Positioning Considerations: Do not mount the fixture near a heat source, reflective object, or other nearby light source within 5 feet, as this may interfere with the motion sensor's performance.

3. Operating Instructions
Motion Sensor Functionality:
The Lepro LED Security Light is equipped with a PIR motion sensor. During the daytime, the light remains off. At night, it automatically illuminates when motion is detected within its 180° detection angle, up to 72 feet away. The light will turn off after a set duration if no further motion is detected.

Adjusting Settings:
The light features two adjustable knobs on the sensor for customizing its behavior:
- Time Setting: This knob controls how long the light stays on after motion is detected. Options include 30 seconds, 60 seconds, and 120 seconds. There is also a "Test" mode which keeps the light on for approximately 5 seconds for easy adjustment during installation.
- Sensitivity Setting: This knob adjusts the detection range of the motion sensor. Options include Low (L), Medium (M), and High (H), corresponding to detection ranges of approximately 26ft, 49ft, and 72ft respectively.

4. Maintenance
The Lepro LED Security Light is designed for minimal maintenance. To ensure optimal performance and longevity:
- Cleaning: Periodically wipe the light fixture and sensor lens with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Weather Resistance: The light is IP65 waterproof (LED Head) and IP44 (Sensor Head), making it suitable for outdoor use in various weather conditions, including rain and snow.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect the wiring and mounting for any signs of wear or damage. If any issues are found, consult a qualified electrician.

5. Troubleshooting
Refer to the table below for common issues and their solutions:
| Problem | Problem Cause | Corrective Action |
|---|---|---|
| Light does not switch on at night when motion is detected |
|
|
| Security light switch on during the day | The sensor is in a shaded area and is fooled into thinking it is nighttime. |
|
| The Light flashes | There is lighting, arc welding, mobile sources or other such unstable light | Avoid irradiating by such a light source. |
