Setup

2. Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the mouse.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert one AA battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

3. Connecting the USB Receiver

  1. Remove the USB receiver from its storage slot, usually located within the battery compartment.
  2. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
  3. The mouse is plug-and-play; no additional software or drivers are typically required for basic functionality.

4. Powering On the Mouse

Slide the power switch, located on the underside of the mouse, to the "ON" position. The mouse is now ready for use.

Operating Instructions

1. Basic Functions

  • Left Click: Primary selection and activation.
  • Right Click: Opens context menus.
  • Scroll Wheel: Scrolls documents and web pages vertically. The scroll wheel also functions as a middle click button.
  • Back Button: Located near the scroll wheel, this button allows for quick navigation back in web browsers or file explorers.

2. DPI Adjustment

The mouse features a DPI switch on its underside, allowing you to toggle between 800 DPI and 1600 DPI. Press this button to adjust cursor sensitivity to your preference.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

  • To clean the mouse, gently wipe its surface with a soft, dry cloth.
  • For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Ensure no liquid enters the mouse's internal components.
  • Periodically clean the BlueLED sensor area on the underside of the mouse with a cotton swab to maintain optimal tracking performance.

2. Battery Replacement

When the mouse's performance degrades or it stops responding, it may be time to replace the AA battery. Follow the battery installation steps in the "Setup" section to replace the battery.

Dispose of used batteries according to local regulations.

Troubleshooting
