Setup
Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food (bowl, blade, lid, rubber mat) in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. The main motor unit should only be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
- Place the anti-slip rubber mat on a clean, dry, and stable surface.
- Place the stainless steel bowl onto the rubber mat.
- Carefully place the 4-bi blade assembly onto the central pin inside the bowl. Ensure it sits securely.
- Add your ingredients into the bowl. Do not overfill.
- Place the transparent lid onto the bowl, aligning it properly.
- Position the motor unit (power pod) on top of the lid, aligning the motor shaft with the blade assembly. Twist slightly until it locks securely into place. You will feel it click or settle firmly.
- Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
The LINKChef Food Chopper features simple one-touch operation.
- Ensure the chopper is correctly assembled and plugged in as per the "Setup" section.
- Place one hand firmly on top of the motor unit.
- Press down the button on top of the motor unit to start the chopping action.
- Observe the food processing through the transparent lid.
- Release the button to stop the chopping action. Use short pulses for coarse chopping or continuous pressing for finer results.
- Once desired consistency is achieved, unplug the appliance from the outlet.
- Carefully remove the motor unit, then the lid, and finally the blade assembly. Always handle the blade with extreme caution.
- Remove processed food from the bowl.
Tips for Best Results
- Cut large ingredients into smaller, uniform pieces (approx. 1-2 inches) before processing.
- Do not overload the bowl. Process in batches if necessary.
- For best results with hard ingredients like nuts, use short, quick pulses. The chopper can grind nuts into granular form, but not into fine powder.
- If the motor slows down or stalls, release the button, unplug, and check for overloading or ingredients stuck around the blade.
