4. Setup

4.1 Bluetooth Pairing

1. Charge the Headphones: Before first use, fully charge the headphones using a compatible USB charger.
2. Power On: Press and hold the Power button on the earcup until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
3. Activate Bluetooth on Your Device: Go to the Bluetooth settings on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
4. Select 'CHBT590': In the list of available devices, select 'CHBT590' to connect.
5. Connection Confirmation: The LED indicator on the headphones will turn solid blue, and a voice prompt will confirm the successful connection.

4.2 Wired Connection

To use the headphones in wired mode:

1. Insert one end of the included 3.5mm AUX cable into the AUX port on the headphones.
2. Insert the other end of the 3.5mm AUX cable into the audio output jack of your device (e.g., PC, phone, tablet).

• Cannot pair with Bluetooth device:
  Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (LED flashing blue and red). Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is within 33 feet (10 meters) of the headphones. Try turning Bluetooth off and on again on your device, or restarting both the headphones and your device.
• No sound from headphones:
  Check the volume level on both the headphones and your connected device. Ensure the headphones are properly paired via Bluetooth or the AUX cable is securely connected. Test with a different audio source or device.
• Poor sound quality or intermittent connection:
  Move closer to your Bluetooth device to reduce interference. Avoid obstacles between the headphones and your device. Ensure the headphones are fully charged. If using wired mode, check the AUX cable for damage and ensure it's fully inserted.
• Microphone not working:
  Ensure the headphones are properly connected to your device. Check your device's audio input settings to confirm the headphones' microphone is selected. Test the microphone with a different application or device.
