7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your headphones, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Headphones will not power on:
Ensure the headphones are fully charged. Connect them to a power source using the Micro USB cable and allow them to charge for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power on again. - Cannot pair with Bluetooth device:
Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (LED flashing blue and red). Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it is within 33 feet (10 meters) of the headphones. Try turning Bluetooth off and on again on your device, or restarting both the headphones and your device. - No sound from headphones:
Check the volume level on both the headphones and your connected device. Ensure the headphones are properly paired via Bluetooth or the AUX cable is securely connected. Test with a different audio source or device. - Poor sound quality or intermittent connection:
Move closer to your Bluetooth device to reduce interference. Avoid obstacles between the headphones and your device. Ensure the headphones are fully charged. If using wired mode, check the AUX cable for damage and ensure it's fully inserted. - Microphone not working:
Ensure the headphones are properly connected to your device. Check your device's audio input settings to confirm the headphones' microphone is selected. Test the microphone with a different application or device.
