4.1 Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge the headphones. Connect the Micro USB charging cable to the charging port on the headphones and the other end to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). The LED indicator will show charging status and turn off or change color when fully charged. A full charge provides up to 5 hours of playtime.

To connect your headphones to a Bluetooth-enabled device:

  1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Power button for about 5-7 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue and red alternately, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "Coby CHBT590" (or similar name) from the list of found devices.
  5. Once paired, the LED indicator on the headphones will flash blue slowly, and you will hear a confirmation tone.

The headphones will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on, if it is within range (up to 33 feet).

5.1 Basic Controls

To use the headphones with non-Bluetooth devices or when the battery is depleted:

  1. Connect one end of the provided 3.5mm AUX cable to the AUX input on the headphones.
  2. Connect the other end to the audio output jack of your device.
  3. The headphones will automatically switch to AUX mode. Note that control buttons on the headphones may not function in AUX mode; control playback and volume directly from your connected device.
