Installation
The ErGear Triple Monitor Mount offers two primary installation methods: C-clamp and grommet mounting. Choose the method best suited for your desk.
1. Desk Compatibility Check
Ensure your monitors are compatible with VESA 75x75mm or 100x100mm patterns and weigh no more than 17.6 lbs each. Verify your desk thickness for the chosen mounting option:
- C-Clamp: 0.39"–3.54" (10-90mm) thick
- Grommet: 0.39"–3.15" (10-80mm) thick

2. Choose Mounting Option

3. Assemble the Mount
Follow the detailed instructions provided in the package for assembling the main pole and arms. Ensure all screws are tightened securely.
4. Attach Monitors
Carefully attach your monitors to the VESA plates on each arm. Ensure the VESA screws are tightened to secure the monitors.

Operating and Adjustments
The ErGear Triple Monitor Mount allows for extensive adjustments to achieve an ergonomic setup. Always adjust the tension of the gas spring arms and tilt head after mounting your monitors.
1. Gas Spring Tension Adjustment
If your monitor is falling down or rising up unexpectedly, the gas spring tension needs adjustment. Locate the screw on the top of the center joint of the monitor arm.
- To increase tension (raise monitor), turn the bolt counter-clockwise.
- To decrease tension (lower monitor), turn the bolt clockwise.
Hold the upper arm horizontally during adjustment to ensure proper calibration. The arm should maintain its position once correctly adjusted.

2. Securing the Tilt Head
If the monitor tilt head is dropping down, tighten the bolt on the tilt mechanism to secure the desired angle. Turn the bolt clockwise to increase tension.

3. Full Motion Adjustments
The arms allow for +/-90° swivel, +/-45° tilt, and 360° rotation. Adjust your monitors to your preferred ergonomic position. The central monitor is fixed in height on the pole, while the side arms offer independent height adjustment along the pole and gas spring movement.
