2. Safety Instructions

4. Setup

  4. First Use (Burn-in): Before baking, it is recommended to run the "Bake" program (Program 12) for 10 minutes without any ingredients. This helps to burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Operation

  1. Insert Kneading Hook: Place the kneading hook onto the shaft inside the baking pan.
  2. Add Ingredients: Add ingredients to the baking pan in the order specified by your recipe (typically liquids first, then dry ingredients, with yeast last). Ensure the automatic ingredient dispenser is filled if your recipe requires additional items like nuts or seeds.
  3. Place Baking Pan: Insert the baking pan into the bread maker and turn it clockwise until it locks into place. Close the lid.
  4. Plug In: Connect the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet. The display will show the default program.
  5. Select Program: Press the "Menu" button repeatedly to select the desired program (1-15).
  6. Select Loaf Size: Press the "Loaf" button to choose between 700g or 900g.
  7. Select Crust Color: Press the "Color" button to choose Light, Medium, or Dark crust.
  8. Start Baking: Press the "Start/Stop" button to begin the baking process. The display will show the remaining time.
  9. End of Program: Once the program is complete, the bread maker will beep and automatically switch to the "Keep Warm" function for 60 minutes.
  10. Remove Bread: Unplug the appliance. Using oven mitts, carefully remove the baking pan by turning it counter-clockwise and lifting it out. Invert the pan to release the bread onto a wire rack to cool. If the kneading hook remains in the bread, use the kneading hook remover tool to extract it.

5.3 Delay Timer Function

The delay timer allows you to program the bread maker to finish baking at a later time, up to 13 hours. This is ideal for having fresh bread ready in the morning.

  1. Add ingredients to the baking pan.
  2. Select your desired program, loaf size, and crust color.
  3. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the desired delay time. The time displayed includes the baking time of the selected program.
  4. Press "Start/Stop" to activate the delay timer. The timer will count down, and the bread maker will start automatically when the time reaches zero.

Note: Do not use the delay timer with recipes containing highly perishable ingredients like milk, eggs, or fresh fruit, as they may spoil before baking begins.

5.4 Automatic Ingredient Dispenser

The integrated ingredient dispenser automatically adds ingredients like nuts, seeds, or dried fruits at the optimal time during the kneading cycle, ensuring even distribution without manual intervention.

  1. Open the lid of the ingredient dispenser located on top of the bread maker.
  2. Add your desired additional ingredients (e.g., raisins, seeds) into the dispenser. Do not overfill.
  3. Close the dispenser lid. The dispenser will open automatically during the program to release the ingredients.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your bread maker and ensure consistent results.

  1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Baking Pan and Kneading Hook: Remove the baking pan and kneading hook. Wash them with warm, soapy water using a soft sponge.
