Setup and Assembly

1. Guide Bar and Chain Installation

3. Align the holes to install the side cover and loosely screw on the nuts.

5. Sleeve and tighten the lock nuts securely.

2. Fuel and Oil Preparation

• Add Engine Oil: Fill the oil reservoir with appropriate chain lubricant. The engine oil lubricates the chain, so ensure oil sprays out before beginning operation. It is recommended to manually add some bar oil to the chain and bar before the first start to ensure initial lubrication.
• Add Gasoline Mixture: Prepare a fuel mixture of gasoline and two-stroke oil. The recommended ratio is 25:1 or 20:1 (gasoline to two-stroke oil). A 20:1 ratio is generally recommended for optimal engine health. Important: Use only two-stroke engine oil. Do not use four-stroke engine oil or other types of oil, as this can cause severe engine damage (e.g., cylinder pulling).

Operating Instructions

Starting the Chainsaw

1. Pull up the flameout switch to the "ON" position.
2. Pull out the choke (damper).
3. Pull the start handle 3-6 times. Listen for the engine to "bang" or briefly ignite.
4. Once you hear the engine "bang," push the choke (damper) back in. Failure to do so will prevent the machine from starting.
5. Pull the start handle again 1-3 times. The chainsaw should now start normally.

General Operation

The Eapmic 62CC chainsaw is designed for tasks such as tree pruning, clearing land, preparing firewood, and general woodcutting. Always maintain a firm grip with both hands on the handles.   • If the oiler adjustment cover is broken, a temporary fix can involve using a small piece of flat metal with a drilled hole to secure the coil spring, ensuring oil flow.
  • If the studs holding the chain cover are bent, carefully straighten them. If necessary, slightly enlarge the holes in the chain cover to allow it to fit over the studs without excessive force.
