4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the ultrasonic cleaner and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
- Placement: Place the unit on a stable, level, and dry surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Fill the Tank: Close the drain valve. Fill the stainless steel tank with water and an appropriate cleaning solution. Ensure the liquid level is between the MIN and MAX marks. Do not overfill or underfill.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
5. Operating Instructions
- Prepare Items: Place the items to be cleaned into the stainless steel cleaning basket. Ensure items are not directly touching the bottom of the tank.
- Load Basket: Carefully lower the basket with items into the cleaning solution. Ensure items are fully submerged.
- Set Temperature: Turn the 'TEMPERATURE' knob to your desired cleaning temperature (between 68°F and 176°F). The 'HEATING' indicator light will illuminate. Allow time for the solution to reach the set temperature.
- Set Timer: Turn the 'TIME' knob to select the desired cleaning duration (from 1 to 30 minutes).
- Start Cleaning: The unit will automatically begin the ultrasonic cleaning process once the timer is set. The 'CLEANING' indicator light will illuminate.
- Monitor Process: Observe the cleaning process. For heavily soiled items, multiple cycles or pre-cleaning may be necessary.
- End of Cycle: Once the timer expires, the unit will stop automatically. Carefully remove the basket from the tank.
- Rinse and Dry: Rinse the cleaned items with clean water and dry them thoroughly.

6. Maintenance
- Draining the Tank: After each use, or when the solution becomes dirty, unplug the unit. Open the drain valve located on the side to empty the tank.
- Cleaning the Tank: Rinse the tank with clean water. Wipe the interior and exterior with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or steel wool.
- Storage: Ensure the unit is clean and dry before storing. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check the power cord and plug for any signs of damage.
