4. Maintenance
4.1 Weather Resistance
The outdoor sensors are built with industrial-grade PVC housing and a rubberized weather/water-resistant seal, ensuring reliable operation in various weather conditions, including hail storms, gusty winds, heavy rains, scorching heat, and snow. They are designed to work normally from -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F).

4.2 Battery and Charging
The sensors are solar rechargeable and internally equipped with a rechargeable battery, designed for approximately 1 year of battery life. They charge even on cloudy or rainy days. For optimal performance, use the original data cable for the receiver. Using cables from other brands or models may cause damage.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Minimizing False Alarms
False alarms can be minimized by adjusting the sensitivity of the sensor using the switch (Hi = 30ft, Low = 20ft). Additionally, ensure the sensor's swivel mount is adjusted to refine the focus and detection angle, avoiding areas with frequent non-target movement.
5.2 Clearing Pairings
If you experience issues with pairing or wish to reset the receiver's pairings, follow these steps:
- Plug in the receiver unit.
- Press and hold the Pairing button on the receiver for approximately 5 seconds.
- The four indicator lights on the receiver will turn off one by one, indicating that the pairing is cleared successfully.
