Introduction

The CREWORKS 15L Ultrasonic Cleaner is a professional industrial-grade cleaning machine designed for thorough cleaning of various items. Utilizing 360W of ultrasonic power and 300W of heating power, it generates 40kHz cavitation bubbles to effectively remove rust, tarnish, carbon deposits, and other stains from intricate surfaces. Its robust stainless steel construction ensures durability for long-term use.

1. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the ultrasonic cleaner and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
2. Placement: Place the unit on a stable, level surface away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
3. Fill Tank: Open the lid and fill the stainless steel tank with water. For enhanced cleaning, add an appropriate ultrasonic cleaning solution. Do not exceed the 'MAX' fill line.
4. Connect Power: Ensure the unit is turned off before plugging the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

2. Operating Instructions

1. Prepare Items: Place the items to be cleaned into the included stainless steel basket. Ensure items are not directly touching the bottom of the tank.
2. Set Temperature: Use the temperature control knob to set the desired cleaning temperature between 70°F and 175°F (20°C to 80°C). The heating indicator light will illuminate.
3. Set Timer: Use the time control knob to set the cleaning duration from 1 to 30 minutes.
4. Start Cleaning: Press the power button to initiate the ultrasonic cleaning process. The cleaning indicator light will illuminate, and you will hear the cavitation action.
5. Monitor Process: The unit will automatically stop the ultrasonic cleaning when the timer expires.
6. Remove Items: Once cleaning is complete and the unit has cooled, carefully remove the basket with the cleaned items. Rinse items with clean water if necessary.

3. Maintenance

• Draining Water: After use, allow the water to cool down. Use the integrated drain valve on the side of the unit to safely empty the tank.
• Cleaning the Tank: Wipe the stainless steel tank and exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.
• Storage: Store the unit in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Fuse Protection: The unit includes a built-in fuse to protect against power surges. If the unit fails to power on, check and replace the fuse if necessary.

4. Troubleshooting

• Heater Does Not Turn Off Automatically: Be aware that this unit does not automatically deactivate its heating once the target temperature is reached. ALWAYS turn off the heating unit manually when cleaning sensitive objects or when finished.
• Insufficient Cleaning: Ensure the tank is filled to the appropriate level and that the correct cleaning solution (if used) is mixed according to its instructions. Verify that the temperature and timer settings are suitable for the items being cleaned.
• Unit Not Powering On: Check the power cord connection and the electrical outlet. Inspect the built-in fuse and replace if blown.
• Unusual Noise: A humming sound is normal during ultrasonic operation. Excessive or unusual noise may indicate an issue; ensure the unit is on a stable surface and not vibrating against other objects.
