5. Setup
- Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the TENS EMS unit using the provided USB cable. Connect the USB cable to the device's micro-USB port and a power source. The power indicator will show charging status.
- Connect Lead Wires: Insert the lead wires into the A/B channel ports on the top of the device.
- Attach Electrode Pads: Connect the electrode pads to the pins at the end of the lead wires. Ensure a secure connection.
