Compatibility

This charger station and its included battery packs and covers are designed for specific Xbox controller models:

• Compatible with: Original Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One X|S, Xbox One, and Xbox Elite controllers.
• NOT compatible with: Xbox 360 controllers or any third-party Xbox controllers.

Setup Instructions

1. Battery Installation

1. Open the battery compartment on your compatible Xbox controller.
2. Insert one of the provided 5580 mWh rechargeable battery packs into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity.
3. Select the appropriate battery cover (X-Series or X-One) for your controller model and securely close the battery compartment.

2. Connecting the Charger Station

1. Connect the supplied 31.5-inch USB-C cable to the input port on the back of the OIVO Charging Dock.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a power source. Compatible power sources include:
   • Xbox Console USB port
   • AC Adapter (not included)
   • USB Hub
   • Computer USB port
3. Ensure the charging dock receives stable power.

Operating Instructions

Charging Your Controllers

1. Once the battery pack is installed in your controller, gently place the controller onto one of the charging slots on the OIVO Charging Dock.
2. Ensure the controller makes proper contact with the charging pins in the dock.
3. The charging process will begin automatically. The dock can charge two controllers simultaneously.
4. A full charge typically takes approximately 2.5 hours.

LED Charging Indicators

The OIVO Charging Dock features clear LED indicators to show the charging status of each controller:

• Red Light: Indicates the controller is currently charging.
• Green Light: Indicates the controller is fully charged or in standby mode.

RGB Lighting Effects

The charging dock includes customizable RGB lighting effects:

• Short Press RGB Button: Cycle through 9 different colors.
• Long Press RGB Button: Turn the RGB lighting on or off.
• The lighting also features two modes: Breathing Light (Fast/Slow) and Individual Colour Lighting.

Battery Life

The 5580 mWh rechargeable battery packs provide up to 20 hours of playtime on a full charge. They are designed for over 3000 charge cycles, offering a long-lasting and environmentally friendly alternative to disposable AA batteries.

Maintenance

• Keep the charging dock and controllers clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
• Avoid exposing the product to water or other liquids.

Troubleshooting

• Controller not charging:
  • Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the charging dock and the power source.
  • Verify that the controller is correctly seated on the charging pins of the dock.
  • Check if the power source is active and providing sufficient power.
  • Confirm that the battery pack is properly installed in the controller and the correct battery cover is used.
• LED indicators not working:
  • Check the power connection to the charging dock.
  • Try pressing the RGB button to ensure the lighting is not turned off.
• Short battery life:
  • Ensure the batteries are fully charged (green LED indicator).
  • Battery performance can degrade over time with extensive use. Consider replacing battery packs if performance significantly drops after many charge cycles.
