Safety Instructions

  • Always unplug the light from the power outlet before performing any maintenance or cleaning.
  • This product is designed for indoor use only. Do not expose it to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
  • Ensure your hands are dry before handling the power adapter or plugging in the unit.
  • Do not operate the light if any part of it is damaged, especially the power cord or controller.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • The light unit is IP67 waterproof, meaning it is protected against water and humidity intrusion even if it is accidentally immersed in water. However, the power adapter and controller are not waterproof and must be kept dry.

Setup

  1. Mounting the Light:

    The light comes with extendable brackets. Adjust the brackets to fit securely on the edges of your aquarium. Ensure the light is centered and stable over the tank.

  2. Connecting the Controller:

    Connect the light unit's cable to the input port on the external controller. Then, connect the power adapter to the controller's power input port.

  3. Powering On:

    Plug the power adapter into a suitable electrical outlet. The LCD screen on the controller will illuminate, indicating the light is ready for operation.

Operating Instructions

Using the Remote Control

The included infrared remote control provides full command over the light's functions, including programming, memory slots, and weather modes.

24/7 Mode Setting

The light features a built-in 24/7 mode with 5 customizable time periods. You can set the current time, and the light will automatically cycle through a natural day-night simulation, including sunrise and sunset effects.

  • Preset 24/7 Mode: Simply set the current time on the controller, and the light will follow a default 24/7 cycle.
  • Custom 24/7 Mode: Use the remote or controller to adjust the intensity and color for each of the 5 time periods. You can also set sunrise/sunset durations (0/15/30 minutes).
  • Power-off Memory: The light retains your settings even after a power outage. Just reset the current time when power is restored.

Adjustable Lighting Spectrum

The full spectrum array combines white and RGB LEDs, allowing you to adjust the spectrum to provide optimal lighting for various aquatic plants and to create vivid lighting effects. The CRI (Color Rendering Index) is up to 90, ensuring true color representation of your fish and plants.

Maintenance
