Setup Instructions
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the generator and all components from the packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage.
- Wheel Assembly: Attach the 8-inch never-flat wheels to the generator frame using the provided hardware. Ensure they are securely fastened for easy mobility.
- Handle Assembly: Install the handle to the designated mounting points on the frame. This will aid in transporting the unit.
- Add Engine Oil: Before first use, add the recommended engine oil to the crankcase. Refer to the engine oil capacity in the specifications section. Do not overfill.
- Connect Battery: For electric start models, connect the battery terminals. Ensure positive (+) is connected to positive and negative (-) to negative.
- Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline. Do not use E85 or mixed fuels. Observe the fuel gauge to avoid overfilling.

Operating Instructions
- Pre-Start Checklist:
- Ensure the generator is on a level surface.
- Check oil level.
- Check fuel level.
- Ensure all electrical loads are disconnected from the generator outlets.
- Starting the Engine (Electric Start):
- Turn the fuel valve to the "ON" position.
- Ensure the engine switch is in the "RUN" position.
- Press and hold the "ENGINE START/STOP" button until the engine starts. The auto-choke will assist with cold starts.
- Connecting Electrical Loads:
- Once the engine is running smoothly, you can connect your electrical devices to the appropriate outlets.
- Do not overload the generator. Refer to the rated running watts.
- Stopping the Engine:
- Disconnect all electrical loads.
- Press the "ENGINE START/STOP" button to turn off the engine.
