2. Pure Beam Focusing Optic with Twist Focus

The headlamp utilizes COAST's patented Pure Beam Focusing Optic system, allowing you to seamlessly transition between a broad flood beam and a concentrated spot beam. Simply twist the focus bezel on the headlamp to adjust the beam from wide illumination to a narrow, long-range spot, without any dark rings or hot spots.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Coast XPH30R headlamp, regular cleaning is recommended. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior of the headlamp. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the finish or internal components.

2. Battery Care

For the rechargeable ZITHION-X battery, ensure it is charged regularly, especially before long periods of storage, to maintain battery health. If using disposable CR123 batteries, remove them if the headlamp will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.

3. Water and Dust Resistance

The XPH30R headlamp features an IP68 rating, indicating it is highly resistant to dust and water. While designed to withstand harsh conditions, avoid intentionally submerging the headlamp for prolonged periods. After exposure to water or dusty environments, ensure the charging port cover is securely closed and wipe down the unit.
