Setup

1. Placement

The compact design of the Bose Solo Soundbar Series II allows for versatile placement. You can place it directly in front of your TV, ensuring it does not block the TV's remote sensor. Alternatively, use the included wall bracket to mount the soundbar flush to the wall below your TV.

2. Connecting to Your TV

For optimal audio quality, connect the soundbar to your TV using the supplied optical audio cable. This is the recommended connection method.

  1. Connect one end of the optical cable to the OPTICAL OUT port on your TV.
  2. Connect the other end of the optical cable to the OPTICAL IN port on the back of the soundbar.
  3. If your TV does not have an optical output, you may use an auxiliary audio cable (not included) to connect to the AUX IN port on the soundbar.

3. Power Connection

Connect the power cable to the soundbar's power input and then plug the other end into a wall power outlet.

The soundbar will automatically turn on when connected to power.

Power On/Off

  • Press the Power button (⏻) on the remote to turn the soundbar on or off.

Volume Control

Dialogue Mode

  • On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and select "Bose Solo Soundbar Series II" from the list of available devices.
  • Once paired, the indicator light will glow solid blue, and you can stream audio wirelessly.
