- Cleaning: Regularly clean the projector's lens with a soft, lint-free cloth. Use compressed air to clear dust from the air vents.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the projector in a cool, dry place, ideally in its original packaging or a protective case.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your projector, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- No Image Displayed:
- Ensure the projector is powered on and the power indicator is green.
- Verify that the input source is correctly connected and selected (use the Source Search button).
- Check the source device (laptop, streaming stick) to ensure it is outputting a signal.
- Image is Blurry or Distorted:
- Adjust the focus ring on the projector lens until the image is sharp.
- Utilize the keystone correction feature (manual or automatic) to square the image if it appears trapezoidal.
- Ensure the projection surface is flat and smooth.
- No Sound:
- Check the volume level on both the projector and the source device.
- If using external speakers, ensure they are properly connected to the source device and powered on.
- Verify that the audio output from your source device is enabled.
- Projector Overheating:
- Ensure the projector's vents are not blocked and there is adequate airflow around the unit.
