5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your HUAWEI FreeBuds Studio headphones.

1. Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphones.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB power adapter or a computer's USB port.
3. The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 60 minutes.

Battery Life:

• Up to 24 hours playback on one charge (ANC disabled).
• Approximately 5 hours playback with 10 minutes of fast charge (ANC enabled).
• Approximately 8 hours playback with 10 minutes of fast charge (ANC disabled).

5.2 Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your headphones to a device:

1. Ensure the headphones are charged and powered off.
2. Press and hold the Power button for approximately 2 seconds until the indicator light flashes white, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, PC), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "HUAWEI FreeBuds Studio" from the list of found devices to connect.
5. Once connected, the indicator light will turn solid white or off, depending on the model.

Note: For smartphones running EMUI 10.1 or above, a popup pair feature is supported for quicker connection.

6.1 Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds.
• Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 4 seconds.

6.2 Active Noise Cancellation (ANC)

The HUAWEI FreeBuds Studio features advanced Active Noise Cancellation to reduce ambient noise.

• Press the ANC button on the earcup to cycle through noise cancellation modes (e.g., ANC On, Awareness Mode, ANC Off).
• ANC On: Maximizes noise reduction for immersive listening.
• Awareness Mode: Allows you to hear your surroundings while still enjoying your audio, useful for safety.

6.3 Call Noise Cancellation
