Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the ZdalaMit SE-R0297 replacement remote control, designed for use with various Toshiba DVD/VCR Combo models. This remote control requires no programming or pairing; simply install batteries to begin operation.

Setup

Battery Installation

The remote control operates on two (2) AA alkaline batteries. Ensure correct polarity when inserting the batteries.

1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control.
2. Press down on the tab and slide the cover off.
3. Insert two (2) new 1.5V AA alkaline batteries, matching the (+) and (-) terminals as indicated inside the compartment.
4. Slide the battery compartment cover back into place until it clicks securely.

Operating Instructions

Basic Operation

Once batteries are installed, the remote control is ready for immediate use with compatible Toshiba DVD/VCR Combo units. Point the remote control directly at the infrared receiver on your Toshiba device.

Button Functions Overview

• Power (Red Button): Turns the Toshiba device on or off.
• OPEN/CLOSE: Opens or closes the disc tray.
• INPUT SELECT: Cycles through available input sources (e.g., DVD, VCR, TV).
• HDMI: Selects the HDMI input.
