Installation Guide
The TEHOME medicine cabinet is designed for recessed mounting only. It is crucial to prepare the wall opening accurately for a secure and flush installation.
1. Prepare the Wall Opening
- Identify the desired location for the cabinet. Ensure there are no electrical wires, plumbing, or other obstructions within the wall cavity.
- Measure and mark the wall cutout area. The required wall cutout dimensions are 13.74 inches wide x 18.3 inches high x 3.25 inches deep.
- Carefully cut the opening in the drywall or wall material according to the marked dimensions.

2. Mount the Cabinet Body
- Insert the cabinet body into the prepared wall opening.
- Secure the cabinet to the wall studs using appropriate fasteners (anchors and screws are typically included). Ensure the cabinet is level and flush with the wall surface.
3. Install Glass Shelves
- The cabinet includes two tempered-glass shelves.
- Insert the shelf pins into the desired height adjustment holes inside the cabinet.
- Carefully place the glass shelves onto the installed pins.

4. Door Orientation
The cabinet door is pre-hinged on the left side. If a right-hand opening is desired, the entire cabinet unit can be flipped during installation before securing it to the wall.

Operation
Opening and Closing the Door
The cabinet door features strong magnetic hinges that ensure a secure and smooth closure. To open, gently pull the door from the side opposite the hinges. To close, push the door until the magnets engage, holding it firmly in place.
Adjusting Shelves
The two tempered-glass shelves are adjustable. To change their height, carefully remove any items from the shelf, lift the shelf off its pins, and then reposition the pins into a different set of holes along the cabinet's interior side walls. Place the shelf back onto the pins, ensuring it is stable before loading items.
Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning the Mirror: Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner. Spray the cleaner onto the cloth, not directly onto the mirror, to avoid liquid seeping behind the frame.
