1. Safety Instructions

1.1 General Safety

• Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye protection, hearing protection, and gloves, when operating the tool.
• Keep your work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
• Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.

1.2 Battery Safety

• Use only the charger specified by the manufacturer for recharging. A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.
• Do not short-circuit the battery terminals.
• Do not expose battery packs to high temperatures or fire.
• Do not disassemble, open, or shred battery packs.

3. Product Overview

4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation and Charging

1. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use. Connect the rapid charger to a power outlet and slide the battery onto the charger until it clicks. The charger indicator lights will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 90 minutes.
2. To install the battery on the tool, align the battery with the base of the impact driver and slide it in until it clicks securely into place.
3. To remove the battery, press the release button on the battery pack and slide it out.

4.2 Bit Installation

1. Pull back the chuck collar on the front of the impact driver.
2. Insert the desired driver bit or socket into the chuck.
3. Release the chuck collar to lock the bit in place. Gently pull on the bit to ensure it is securely fastened.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off and Speed Control

• To power on the tool, press the trigger. The speed is infinitely variable based on how much the trigger is pressed.
• To power off, release the trigger.
• The tool features 4-stage speed and impact adjustment. Press the mode selection button on the base of the tool to cycle through modes:
• Stage 1 (Wood): 1100 r/min + 1100 impacts/min for delicate fastening.
• Stage 2 (Thin Steel Plate): 2600 r/min + 2600 impacts/min for speedy and stable metal work.
• Stage 3 (Thick Material): 3197 r/min + 3600 impacts/min for secure fastening in dense materials.
• Stage 4 (Bolt): 3600 r/min + 3800 impacts/min for heavy-duty bolt work, including rusted or stuck bolts.

5.2 Forward/Reverse Rotation

• The forward/reverse lever is located above the trigger.
• Push the lever to the left for forward rotation (tightening screws).
• Push the lever to the right for reverse rotation (loosening screws).
• When the lever is in the center position, the tool is locked, preventing accidental startup.

5.3 LED Work Light

• The built-in LED light automatically illuminates when the trigger is pressed, providing visibility in dark or confined work areas.

5.4 Battery Level Indicator

• The battery pack features a 4-stage LED indicator to visually check the remaining battery charge. This helps in planning work and avoiding unexpected power loss.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

• Regularly clean the tool's ventilation openings to prevent overheating.
• Wipe the tool with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use water, solvents, or abrasive cleaners.

6.2 Storage

• Store the tool and battery in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Always store the tool in its original storage bag or case to protect it from dust and impact.
• Remove the battery from the tool before storing for extended periods.
