A key feature is the integrated Trax Rail System, which is compatible with most T-Slot accessories, allowing for expanded cargo capacity with various rack systems.
This cover is specifically designed for 2021 - 2025 Ford F-150 models, including Raptor and Lightning variants, with a 5' 7" bed (67.1").

4. Setup and Installation
Tools Required: Phillips head screwdriver, 9/16" wrench, 1/2" wrench, 6mm Allen wrench, pliers (optional).
4.1. Unpacking and Pre-Assembly
- Carefully remove the tonneau cover assembly from its packaging. Do not remove any protective films until instructed.
- Remove the white shipping tubes from both sides of the canister. Save one shipping bracket for later use as a spacer.
- Attach the side rails to the canister. Ensure the cover is unlatched. Pull out 6-8 inches of the rolling cover from the canister. Guide the cover into the rail channel. Align the tabs on the rails with the slots on the canister. Secure with the two mounting screws per rail.
- Slide the front cover into the top of the rails and attach it with the two front cover mounting screws.
4.2. Mounting the Cover Assembly to the Truck Bed
- With assistance, carefully lift the assembled cover and place it onto the truck bed, positioning the front seal on the bulkhead. Ensure the seal lays forward and flat.
- Use the saved shipping bracket as a spacer to adjust the distance between the rails and the tailgate. The ideal distance is approximately 1/8 inch.
- Install the bed rail clamps. Place each clamp between the rail adjustment screws, ensuring the jaw seats firmly into the corner of the truck bed rail. The adjustable top jaw of the clamp must be tucked firmly to the top and inside corner of the sheet metal bed flange.
- If the jaw does not make firm contact, remove the clamp and loosen the screws to adjust the jaw. Always ensure both sets of teeth are fully engaged.
- Tighten the clamp using a 9/16" wrench. Do not overtighten. Repeat for all four clamps (two front, two rear).
- Adjust the rail clamp standoff bolts. Finger-tighten the standoff bolt until it firmly contacts the wall of the truck bed. Then, tighten the jam nut while holding the jam nut in place. Do not overtighten.
4.3. Rail Alignment and Drain Tube Installation
- Check if the rails are parallel by measuring the distance between the rails at three points: front, middle, and rear. The measurements should be within +/- 1/16 inch. If not parallel, loosen the clamps and adjust the white adjustment screws (6mm Allen wrench) until parallel. Turn counter-clockwise to narrow the distance, clockwise to widen.
- Check the front cover and rolling cover for proper fit. If one side has more weather stripping exposed, loosen the clamps on that side, push the rail towards the cab, and re-tighten.
- Remove all remaining protective film from the cover.
- Install the drain tubes. Insert one end of each drain tube into the fitting at the bottom of the canister and rotate clockwise to secure. Route the opposite ends of the drain tubes to existing drain holes in the truck bed. Your truck bed may vary.
4.4. Final Checks
- Check the cover's operation. Ensure it rolls smoothly without binding. If binding occurs, re-check rail alignment and adjustments.
- Verify that the tailgate opens and closes properly without binding the cover.
- Allow 24-48 hours for the cover to fully break in.
