1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Everdure Furnace 3-Burner Gas Grill. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient use of your grill. Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and operation. Retain this manual for future reference.

The Everdure Furnace is designed for outdoor grilling, featuring a die-cast aluminum body, three independent burners, and fast ignition technology. Its design allows for both direct and convection cooking.

2. Safety Information

WARNING: For outdoor use only. Do not store or use gasoline or other flammable vapors and liquids in the vicinity of this or any other appliance.

3. Package Contents

Verify that all components are present before beginning assembly.

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly is required for this product. It is recommended to have two people for assembly due to the weight and size of the grill components. Follow the steps below for proper assembly.

  1. Unpack all components and verify against the package contents list.
  2. Attach the legs to the main grill body using the provided hardware. Ensure all connections are secure.
  3. Install the bottom shelf onto the leg structure.
  4. Place the gas bottle cover in its designated position.
  5. Insert the three cast iron grill plates into the grill head.
  6. Connect the hose and regulator to the grill's gas inlet.
  7. Ensure all screws and fasteners are tightened before proceeding to setup.

5. Setup and Gas Connection

Before operating the grill, ensure it is properly set up and connected to a liquid propane (LP) tank.

  1. Position the grill on a flat, non-combustible surface, away from any structures or flammable materials.
  2. Connect the regulator hose to your LP tank. Hand-tighten the connection firmly.
  3. Perform a leak test:
    • Ensure all burner control knobs are in the "OFF" position.
    • Open the LP tank valve slowly.
    • Apply a soapy water solution (50% soap, 50% water) to all gas connections.
    • If bubbles appear, there is a leak. Close the LP tank valve immediately and tighten the connection. Repeat the test. If leaks persist, do not use the grill and contact customer support.
  4. The grill features a detachable stand for portability. When using without the stand, ensure the grill head is placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Ignition

The Everdure Furnace features Fast Ignition Technology, allowing it to be ready for cooking in approximately 5 minutes.

  1. Ensure the LP tank valve is fully open.
  2. Turn one burner control knob to the "HIGH" position.
  3. Press and hold the ignition button (if separate) or push and turn the knob to ignite. You should hear a click and see a flame.
  4. If the burner does not ignite within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes for gas to dissipate, and repeat the process.
  5. Once one burner is lit, you can ignite the other two burners by turning their respective control knobs to "HIGH".

6.2. Temperature Control and Cooking

The grill features variable flame control for each of its three burners, allowing for precise temperature management across the 466 square inches of grilling surface.

7. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your grill.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Everdure Furnace grill, refer to the following common troubleshooting tips.
