Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your grill.
- Grill Plates: After each use, once the grill has cooled, clean the enamel-coated cast iron plates with a grill brush. For stubborn residue, use warm soapy water.
- Body: The die-cast aluminum body is rust-proof and easy to clean. Wipe down exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
- Flame Tamers: Integrated flame tamers help prevent flare-ups and burner port clogging. Periodically inspect and clean them to ensure proper gas flow.
- Grease Tray: Regularly empty and clean the grease tray to prevent grease fires.
- Storage: When not in use, store the grill in a dry, protected area. Consider using a grill cover to protect it from the elements.
