3. Setup and Installation
Unpacking:
- Carefully remove the dehumidifier from its packaging.

Placement:
- Place the dehumidifier on a firm, level surface capable of supporting its weight.

4. Operating Instructions
The control panel allows you to manage all functions of the dehumidifier.

Control Panel Functions:
- POWER Button: Press to turn the unit ON or OFF.
- SPEED Button: Adjusts fan speed (Low/High).
- HUMIDITY Setting Buttons (Up/Down Arrows): Use to set the desired relative humidity level (40% to 80%). The unit will operate until the set humidity is reached.
- TIMER Button: Activates the 1-24 hour ON/OFF timer. Press repeatedly to set the desired delay.
- SWING Button: Controls the oscillation of the air outlet louvers.
- Display: Shows current humidity, set humidity, or timer settings.
- Indicators: Lights for fan speed, humidity, power, and full water tank.
Setting Desired Humidity:
- Turn on the dehumidifier using the POWER button.
- Use the Up/Down arrow buttons to select your desired humidity level. The display will show the set humidity for a few seconds, then revert to showing the current room humidity.
- The unit will automatically turn on or off to maintain the set humidity level.
Timer Function:
The timer can be set to automatically turn the unit ON or OFF after a specified number of hours (1-24).
- To set OFF timer: While the unit is running, press the TIMER button and use the Up/Down arrows to set the desired hours until shutdown.
- To set ON timer: While the unit is OFF, press the TIMER button and use the Up/Down arrows to set the desired hours until startup.
Continuous Drainage:
For continuous operation without needing to empty the water tank, connect a drainage hose (not included) to the continuous drainage port on the back of the unit. Ensure the hose is sloped downwards to allow gravity drainage into a suitable receptacle.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your dehumidifier.
Cleaning the Air Filter:
The air filter should be cleaned every two weeks or more frequently depending on usage and air quality.
- Turn off the dehumidifier and unplug it from the power outlet.
- Locate the air filter cover on the back of the unit.
- Gently remove the filter from its slot.
- Clean the filter with a vacuum cleaner or wash it with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely before reinserting.
- Reinsert the dry filter into its slot and close the cover.

Emptying the Water Tank:
When the water tank is full, the unit will stop operating and an indicator light will illuminate. Empty the tank promptly.
- Gently pull out the water tank from the front of the unit.
- Carefully carry the tank to a sink or drain and empty the collected water.
- Rinse the tank with clean water if necessary.
- Slide the empty tank back into the dehumidifier until it clicks into place. The unit will resume operation.

Storage:
If storing the unit for an extended period:
- Empty the water tank completely and clean it.
- Clean the air filter.
- Unplug the power cord and coil it neatly.
- Store the unit upright in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
