Setup

1. Unpack the vacuum sealer and remove all packaging materials.
2. Place the appliance on a flat, dry, and stable surface.

4. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet. The indicator lights may flash briefly.

Operating Instructions

Preparing Bags

• Use only COSORI vacuum sealer bags or other compatible, textured vacuum sealer bags.
• Ensure the bag is clean and dry.
• Leave at least 3 inches (7.6 cm) of space between the food and the top of the bag to allow for proper sealing.

Vacuum Sealing Dry Food

1. Place the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber. Ensure the bag lies flat and is free of wrinkles.
2. Close the lid firmly until both side latches click into place.
3. Press the Dry button if the food is dry.
4. Press the Vacuum Seal button. The machine will automatically remove air and then seal the bag.
5. Once the process is complete, the indicator light will turn off. Press the side latches to open the lid and remove the sealed bag.

Vacuum Sealing Moist Food

1. Follow steps 1 and 2 from "Vacuum Sealing Dry Food".
2. Press the Moist button if the food contains moisture.
3. Press the Vacuum Seal button. The machine will automatically remove air and then seal the bag.
4. Once the process is complete, the indicator light will turn off. Press the side latches to open the lid and remove the sealed bag.

Seal Only Function

Use this function to create a seal without vacuuming, or to create custom-sized bags from a roll.

1. Place the open end of the bag directly over the sealing strip.
2. Close the lid firmly until both side latches click into place.
3. Press the Seal Only button. The machine will heat the sealing strip to create a seal.
4. Once the process is complete, the indicator light will turn off. Press the side latches to open the lid and remove the sealed bag.

Pulse Vacuum Function

This function allows manual control over the vacuum pressure, ideal for delicate foods.

1. Place the open end of the bag into the vacuum chamber.
2. Close the lid firmly until both side latches click into place.
3. Repeatedly press the Pulse button to remove air in short bursts. Observe the bag to prevent crushing delicate items.
4. Once the desired vacuum level is reached, press the Seal Only button to seal the bag.
5. Once the process is complete, the indicator light will turn off. Press the side latches to open the lid and remove the sealed bag.

Canister Vacuum Function

Use this function with COSORI vacuum canisters or other compatible accessories.

1. Connect one end of the accessory hose (not included) to the accessory port on the vacuum sealer and the other end to the port on your canister.
2. Close the lid of the vacuum sealer firmly until both side latches click into place.
3. Press the Canister button. The machine will automatically remove air from the canister.
4. Once the process is complete, the indicator light will turn off. Remove the accessory hose from both the sealer and the canister.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your vacuum sealer.

• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Clean the vacuum chamber and drip tray regularly, especially after sealing moist foods. Use a soft cloth or sponge.
• Inspect the sealing strip and gaskets for any food debris or damage. Clean them gently if necessary.
