5. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to properly install the BF-MC400-1200M-B modem into your compatible Cradlepoint E300 or E3000 router.

  1. Power Off Host Router: Ensure your Cradlepoint E300 or E3000 router is powered off and disconnected from its power source.
  2. Install SIM Cards: Locate the SIM card slots on the modem module (refer to Figure 4.2). Insert your activated Nano-SIM cards into the designated slots (SIM 1 and SIM 2) until they click into place. Ensure the SIM cards are oriented correctly according to the diagram on the modem.
