1. Important Safety Information

3. Setup and Preparation

3.2 Adding Engine Oil

1. Place the generator on a level surface.
2. Locate the oil fill cap/dipstick.
3. Remove the cap and add the recommended engine oil (refer to specifications for oil type and capacity). Do not overfill.
4. Replace the oil fill cap securely.

3.3 Adding Fuel

1. Ensure the generator is off and cool.
2. Use fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher.
3. Open the fuel cap and slowly add fuel to the tank, being careful not to overfill. Leave space for fuel expansion.
4. Securely close the fuel cap.

3.4 Connecting the Battery

The generator comes with a battery for electric start. Connect the battery terminals according to the markings (+ to + and - to -). Ensure connections are tight.

4. Operation

4.1 Manual Start Procedure

1. Ensure the generator is on a level surface and in a well-ventilated area.
2. Turn the Multi-Switch to the 'CHOKE' position (if engine is cold).
3. Pull the recoil starter handle firmly until the engine starts.
4. Once the engine starts, slowly move the Multi-Switch to the 'RUN' position.

4.2 Electric Start Procedure

1. Ensure the generator is on a level surface and in a well-ventilated area.
2. Turn the Multi-Switch to the 'CHOKE' position (if engine is cold).
3. Press and hold the 'ENGINE START STOP' button until the engine starts.
4. Once the engine starts, slowly move the Multi-Switch to the 'RUN' position.

4.3 Remote Start Procedure

1. Ensure the generator is on a level surface and in a well-ventilated area.
2. Turn the Multi-Switch to the 'CHOKE' position (if engine is cold).
3. Press the 'START' button on the remote control. The generator will attempt to start.
4. Once the engine starts, slowly move the Multi-Switch to the 'RUN' position.

4.4 Connecting Electrical Loads

After the generator has started and stabilized, you can connect your electrical devices. Ensure the total wattage of connected devices does not exceed the generator's rated output.

• Plug devices into the appropriate AC receptacles.
• For RVs, use the dedicated AC/RV receptacle.
• For charging USB devices, use the USB port.

4.5 Eco-Mode Operation

Engage the ESC Throttle Switch to activate Eco-mode. In Eco-mode, the engine speed automatically adjusts to the load, improving fuel efficiency and reducing noise when less power is required.

4.6 Stopping the Generator

1. Disconnect all electrical loads.
2. Turn the Multi-Switch to the 'OFF' position.
3. Alternatively, press the 'ENGINE START STOP' button or the 'STOP' button on the remote control.
