2. Important Safety Instructions

4. Setup
4.1 Physical Placement
The PK115A is designed for versatile placement. It features a plug mount for stand installation. Ensure the speaker is placed on a stable surface or securely mounted on a compatible speaker stand.

4.2 Power Connection
- Ensure the power switch on the rear panel is in the OFF position.
- Connect the provided power cable to the AC inlet on the rear of the speaker.
- Plug the other end of the power cable into a suitable electrical outlet.
4.3 Audio Connections
The PK115A features a 2-channel mixer with various input options.
- Microphone Inputs: Connect microphones to the XLR or 1/4" TRS inputs labeled "MIC 1" and "MIC 2".
- Line Inputs: Connect line-level sources (e.g., mixers, instruments, media players) to the 1/4" TRS or RCA inputs labeled "LINE/MP3".

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off
- Before powering on, ensure all volume controls are set to minimum.
- Flip the power switch on the rear panel to the ON position.
- To power off, set all volume controls to minimum, then flip the power switch to OFF.
5.2 Using the Integrated Mixer
- Volume Controls: Adjust individual volume for Mic/Line inputs using their respective knobs.
- Clip LEDs: Monitor the Clip LEDs. If an LED illuminates, reduce the input volume to prevent distortion.
- Master Volume: Control the overall output level with the MASTER knob.
- 2-Band EQ: Use the dedicated 2-band EQ (Bass and Treble) to adjust the tonal characteristics of your sound.
- Sound Processor: The integrated sound processor provides ultimate system control and speaker protection.
5.3 Media Player Operation
The built-in media player supports playback from various sources.
- USB Port: Insert a USB flash drive containing audio files.
- SD Card Slot: Insert an SD card with audio files.
- Bluetooth Receiver:
- Activate Bluetooth on your compatible device (e.g., smartphone).
- Select "PK115A" from the list of available devices to pair.
- Once paired, you can stream audio wirelessly to the speaker.
- Display: The media player display shows track information and playback status.
6. Maintenance
