Setup and Battery Installation

The Hyper Tough 120 Lumen LED Pen Light requires two AA batteries for operation. Batteries are included with the product.

1. Unscrew the Tail Cap: Locate the red tail cap at the end of the pen light. Gently twist the tail cap counter-clockwise until it detaches from the main body.
2. Insert Batteries: Insert two AA batteries into the battery compartment with the positive (+) end facing towards the light head (away from the tail cap). Ensure correct polarity as indicated inside the compartment.
3. Secure the Tail Cap: Carefully screw the tail cap back onto the pen light body by twisting clockwise until it is securely tightened. Do not overtighten.

Operating Instructions

The pen light features two operational modes: High and Momentary-On.

• High Mode: To activate the continuous high beam, fully depress the power button located on the tail cap until it clicks. The light will remain on until the button is fully depressed again to turn it off. This mode provides 120 lumens of brightness with a 36-meter beam distance.
• Momentary-On Setting: For a quick burst of light, lightly depress the power button halfway without clicking. The light will illuminate as long as the button is held in this position and will turn off when released. This setting is useful for brief illumination needs.
