Setup
- Install the Battery:
Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the mouse. Open the compartment cover, insert the provided AA battery, ensuring correct polarity (+/-), and close the cover.

- Connect the USB Receiver:
Remove the Nano USB receiver from its storage slot next to the battery compartment. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer. The mouse is plug-and-play, requiring no additional drivers for basic functionality.
- Power On:
Flip the power switch on the underside of the mouse to the 'ON' position. The mouse should now be ready for use.

- Ergonomic Design: The mouse features a 41-degree inclined angle, designed specifically for left-handed users to promote a neutral "handshake" grip, reducing wrist strain and improving comfort during extended use.
- Basic Functions: Utilize the standard left and right-click buttons for primary interactions. The scroll wheel allows for vertical scrolling and also functions as a middle-click button.
- Customizable Buttons: The mouse is equipped with six buttons (forward, back, left, right, scroll/middle-click, and DPI). These buttons can be customized using the KensingtonWorks software to assign various functions, including shortcuts, enhancing navigation and productivity.
- DPI Settings: Adjust the cursor sensitivity and precision with triple DPI settings: 800, 1,200, and 1,600. Cycle through these settings using the dedicated DPI button, typically located near the scroll wheel.
- Cross-Platform Compatibility: The mouse is compatible with Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS operating systems.
- KensingtonWorks Software: For advanced customization of buttons and adjustment of cursor/scrolling speed, download and install the free KensingtonWorks software from the official Kensington website.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: To clean the mouse, gently wipe its surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these can damage the finish.
- Battery Replacement: When the mouse performance degrades or stops responding, replace the AA battery. Follow the battery installation steps outlined in the Setup section.
