5. Setup
5.1 Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the work light.
- Open the cover.
- Insert the 3 AA alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off and Light Modes
The work light is operated by a single, easy-to-use on/off switch.
- Press the power button once to activate the COB LED at 100% brightness (240 lumens).
- Press the power button a second time to switch the COB LED to 50% brightness.
- Press the power button a third time to activate the front 1W LED flashlight (60 lumens).
- Press the power button a fourth time to turn the light off.
6.2 Using the Rotatable Body
The lamp body can be rotated up to 90 degrees, allowing you to direct the light precisely where needed. Simply adjust the body to your desired angle.
6.3 Using the Magnet and Hook
The integrated magnet allows you to attach the work light to metallic surfaces for hands-free operation. The retractable hanging hook provides another convenient option for suspending the light in various environments.
7. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Maximus LED Work Light, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Wipe the light with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Replacement: Replace all three AA batteries when the light becomes dim or stops functioning. Always use new, high-quality alkaline batteries.
- Storage: If storing the light for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage. Store in a cool, dry place.
- The rubberized plastic housing is designed to be durable and dustproof.
