1. Device Overview

The OPPO A93 (CPH2121) is a smartphone designed for efficient mobile communication and multimedia use. It features an ultra-thin design, a 6.43-inch AMOLED display, and a versatile camera system.

2. Setup Guide

2.1 Inserting SIM Cards and SD Card

1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of your device.
2. Use the provided SIM ejector tool to open the tray.
3. Carefully place your Nano-SIM cards and/or microSD card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure correct orientation.
4. Gently push the tray back into the device until it is flush with the side.

2.2 Initial Power On and Configuration

1. Press and hold the Power button (located on the right side) until the OPPO logo appears.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your language, region, and connect to a Wi-Fi network.
3. Sign in with your Google account or create a new one to access Google services and the Play Store.
4. Set up your preferred screen lock method (PIN, pattern, password, fingerprint, or facial recognition).

2.3 Charging the Device

Connect the USB Type-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the phone and the other end to the power adapter. Plug the adapter into a power outlet. The device will indicate charging status on the screen.

• Touch: Tap an icon to open an app or select an item.
• Swipe: Move your finger across the screen to scroll through pages, lists, or switch between home screens.
• Pinch: Use two fingers to zoom in or out on photos and web pages.

5.1 Device Not Powering On

• Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the charger and wait a few minutes before attempting to power on.
• Press and hold the Power button for at least 10-15 seconds to force a restart.

5.2 Screen Unresponsive

• Force restart the device (see above).
• If the issue persists, consider performing a factory reset (data will be erased).

5.3 Network Connectivity Issues

• Check if Airplane Mode is enabled.
• Restart your device.
• Reset network settings via Settings > System settings > Backup and reset > Reset phone > Reset network settings.

5.4 Performing a Factory Reset

A factory reset will erase all data on your phone. Back up important data before proceeding. Go to Settings > System settings > Backup and reset > Reset phone > Erase all data.
