6. Installation

6.1 Wiring Diagram

The Vimar 03981 module is designed for flush mounting, typically behind a switch or in a junction box. Ensure proper wiring according to the diagram below. The module requires a neutral wire connection.

6.2 Installation Steps

1. Disconnect Power: Turn off the main power supply at the circuit breaker before starting any electrical work.
2. Prepare Wiring: Identify the live (L), neutral (N), and load (1) wires, as well as the input for the push-button (P1, P2).
3. Connect Wires:

4. The module should be discovered and can then be added to your smart home system.

7.2 Manual Operation

The module can also be controlled via a connected traditional push-button. A short press will toggle the connected load (ON/OFF).

7.3 Voice Control

Once integrated with a compatible Zigbee hub and voice assistant (Alexa, Google Home), you can control the connected load using voice commands. For example, "Alexa, turn on the living room light."
