4. Setup
- Unpack the Unit: Carefully remove the coin counter from its packaging.
- Place on a Stable Surface: Position the unit on a flat, stable surface.
- Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the unit's power port and then into a standard electrical outlet.
- Insert Coin Collection Bins/Wrappers:
- Pull the overflow tray forward.
- For direct collection, ensure the provided coin collection bins are securely placed under each denomination slot.
- For coin wrapping, insert preformed coin wrappers into the designated slots. The machine is designed to fill these wrappers directly.

5. Operating Instructions
- Turn On: Locate the power switch on the back of the unit and flip it to the 'ON' position. The digital display will illuminate.
- Load Coins: Gently pour a handful of mixed coins into the top hopper. Avoid overfilling the hopper to prevent jams.
- Start Sorting: Press the START/STOP button on the control panel. The machine will begin sorting and counting the coins.
- Monitor Display: The LCD display will show the total number of coins counted and the total monetary value. It also provides a breakdown by denomination.
- Handle Full Wrappers/Bins: When a coin wrapper or collection bin is full, the machine will automatically pause. Remove the full wrapper/bin and replace it with an empty one. Press START/STOP to resume sorting.
- Setting Batch Counts (if desired): Use the SET and + / - buttons to program specific batch counts for each denomination. The machine will pause once the set count is reached.
- Stop Sorting: To stop the sorting process at any time, press the START/STOP button.
- Clear Count: To reset the count on the display, press the CLEAR button.

6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the coin hopper and sorting mechanism with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure no dust or debris accumulates, which could affect performance.
- Clearing the Overflow Tray: Periodically empty the overflow tray to prevent buildup.
- Storage: When not in use, store the coin counter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
7. Troubleshooting
- Coin Jam: If coins jam, the patented anti-jam technology should help. If a persistent jam occurs, turn off the unit, unplug it, and carefully remove any lodged coins from the sorting mechanism.
- Inaccurate Count: Ensure coins are clean and free of debris. Avoid overfilling the hopper. If issues persist, refer to the full user manual for detailed calibration instructions.
