5.1. Cleaning Systems

• Pyrolytic Cleaning: This function heats the oven to approximately 500°C, incinerating food residues and grease into fine ash.
  • Remove all accessories (racks, trays, side grilles) before starting a pyrolytic cycle.
  • Wipe away any large spills or loose debris.
  • Ensure the kitchen is well-ventilated during the cycle.
  • Once the cycle is complete and the oven has cooled, wipe away the ash with a damp cloth.
• Aqualys (Steam Cleaning): This process uses steam to loosen dirt and grease, making it easier to wipe away.
  • Pour a small amount of water (e.g., 200ml) into the bottom of the oven cavity.
  • Select the Aqualys function (or a low-temperature steam function, if available).
  • Run the cycle for approximately 30 minutes at 90°C.
