1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your TAVR Universal Table Top TV Stand. This stand is designed to provide a stable and adjustable base for most LCD, LED, and Plasma flat screen TVs ranging from 22 to 65 inches, with a maximum load capacity of 88 lbs (40 kg).

Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and retain it for future reference. Proper installation and use are crucial for the safety and longevity of your TV stand and television.

2. Safety Information

  • Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 88 lbs (40 kg). Overloading can result in serious injury or property damage.
  • Ensure your TV's VESA mounting pattern is compatible with the stand (Min: 200x100mm, Max: 800x500mm).
  • Verify that the TV size is within the recommended range of 22-65 inches.
  • Always install the stand on a stable, level surface that can support the combined weight of the stand and the TV.
  • Do not allow children to climb on or play with the TV stand or TV.
  • Keep all small parts and packaging materials away from children to prevent choking hazards.
  • If any parts are missing or damaged, do not proceed with assembly. Contact customer service immediately.
  • This TV mount is not compatible with some Samsung TV models. If unsure, contact customer service.

4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your TV stand.

4.1. Pre-Assembly Checks

Before starting, confirm your TV's compatibility:

  • TV Size: Fits 22" to 65" TVs.
  • TV Weight: Maximum load capacity is 88 lbs (40 kg).
  • VESA Pattern: Compatible with VESA patterns from 200x100mm up to 800x500mm. Measure the horizontal and vertical distance between the mounting holes on the back of your TV.

4.2. Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Assemble Brackets: Attach the vertical mounting brackets to the stand legs using the provided screws and nuts. Ensure they are securely fastened.
  2. Attach TV Legs: Connect the assembled stand legs to the vertical mounting brackets. The stand offers two installation options: a wider stance for larger TVs (Max VESA 800x500mm) providing more space for a soundbar, or a narrower, more stable configuration for smaller TVs (Max VESA 200x100mm) by detaching the upper bracket extensions.
  3. Secure to TV Back: Carefully place your TV face down on a soft, clean surface. Align the assembled stand with the VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV. Select the appropriate screws, washers, and spacers from the hardware kit that fit your TV's specific mounting holes. Securely fasten the stand to the TV. Do not overtighten.

5. Operation

5.1. Height Adjustment

The TAVR Universal Table Top TV Stand features adjustable height settings to optimize your viewing experience. The height of the TV can be adjusted from 25.0 inches to 27.4 inches (measured from the tabletop to the top of the TV).

  • To adjust the height, loosen the screws on the vertical mounting brackets that secure them to the stand legs.
  • Carefully slide the TV up or down to the desired height level. The stand offers three distinct height levels for ergonomic viewing.
  • Once the desired height is achieved, securely tighten all screws to ensure stability.

6. Care and Maintenance

  • Regularly check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure.
  • Clean the stand with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
  • The non-slip pads on the bottom of the legs protect furniture from scratches; ensure they remain intact.
  • Do not place heavy objects on the stand other than the television.

7. Troubleshooting

Problem: TV stand feels wobbly after assembly.
Solution: Ensure all screws are tightened securely. Verify that the TV's weight and VESA pattern are within the stand's specifications. Make sure the surface the stand is placed on is completely level and stable.
Problem: Cannot attach the stand to my TV.
Solution: Double-check your TV's VESA mounting pattern against the stand's compatibility (Min: 200x100mm, Max: 800x500mm). Ensure you are using the correct size screws and spacers provided in the kit for your specific TV model. Note that some Samsung TV models may not be compatible.
Problem: TV is too low/high.
Solution: Adjust the height of the vertical mounting brackets as described in the 'Height Adjustment' section (Section 5.1). The stand offers three distinct height levels.
