Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of your Dexnor Heavy Duty Protective Case for iPad 10.2-inch (7th, 8th, and 9th Generation) models. Please read these instructions carefully to ensure optimal protection and functionality for your device.
Setup: Case Installation
Follow these steps to correctly install your iPad into the protective case:
- Separate the Case Components: Carefully pry apart the front frame (with the built-in screen protector) from the back case. Start from a corner and work your way around the edges.
- Insert iPad into Front Frame: Place your iPad into the front frame, ensuring that all edges and corners are securely seated. The built-in screen protector should align perfectly with your iPad's screen.
- Attach Back Case: Align the front frame (with the iPad inside) with the back case. Press firmly around all edges until you hear a click, indicating that the two parts are securely snapped together. Ensure all ports and buttons are accessible and aligned with the case cutouts.

Operating Features
Built-in Screen Protector
The case features an integrated screen protector designed to guard your iPad's display against scratches and minor impacts without compromising touch sensitivity. Ensure the screen is clean before installation to prevent dust or bubbles.
Integrated Kickstand
The hidden kickstand on the back of the case allows for convenient hands-free viewing. To deploy, gently pull out the kickstand from its recessed position. It supports two viewing angles:
- 45° Movie Viewing Mode: Ideal for watching videos and movies.
- 30° Working Mode: Suitable for typing, drawing, or video calls.
To retract the kickstand, push it back into its slot until it clicks securely into place. The stand has a magnetic closure to keep it hidden when not in use.

Pencil Holder
The front frame of the case includes a dedicated holder for your Apple Pencil. This feature provides convenient storage, ensuring your pencil is always at hand and reduces the risk of misplacement.

Precise Cutouts and Reinforced Corners
The case is designed with precise cutouts for full access to all ports, buttons, and camera functions without needing to remove the case. The corners are reinforced with thicker silicone to provide superior protection against drops and impacts.

Maintenance
To maintain the appearance and protective qualities of your Dexnor case:
- Cleaning: Wipe the case regularly with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the material or finish.
- Screen Protector Care: Clean the built-in screen protector with a microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints and smudges. If necessary, use a screen cleaner specifically designed for electronics.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the case for any signs of wear or damage, especially after significant drops. If the case is severely damaged, consider replacing it to ensure continued protection for your iPad.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Dexnor case, consider the following:
- Difficulty Installing/Removing: Ensure you are separating the front and back components correctly. Apply gentle, even pressure around the edges. Do not force the components, as this may cause damage.
- Screen Protector Bubbles/Dust: If bubbles or dust appear under the screen protector after installation, carefully remove the iPad from the case, clean both the iPad screen and the protector thoroughly with a microfiber cloth, and then re-install the iPad.
- Kickstand Not Closing: Check for any debris obstructing the kickstand mechanism. Ensure it is aligned correctly before pushing it back into its slot.
