1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the SOOPYK IKT CLZ01 3-in-1 Portable Evaporative Air Cooler. This appliance combines the functions of an evaporative air cooler, a fan, and a humidifier, designed to provide a comfortable indoor environment. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure proper operation, maintenance, and safety.

2. Important Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow these basic precautions:

  • Read all instructions before using the appliance.
  • Ensure the power supply matches the voltage specified on the rating label.
  • Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord or plug is damaged, contact customer service for replacement.
  • Do not immerse the appliance, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
  • Keep the appliance out of reach of children and pets.
  • Unplug the appliance from the outlet when not in use, before cleaning, or before moving.
  • Do not block air inlets or outlets.
  • Use only on a flat, stable surface to prevent tipping.
  • Do not use outdoors or in wet environments.
  • Do not attempt to repair or modify the appliance yourself. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.

4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the air cooler from its packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Placement: Place the unit on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper airflow. The 360° rotating casters allow for easy movement.

  3. Filling the Water Tank:
    • Open the water tank cover.
    • Fill the water tank with clean, cool water. Do not exceed the "MAX" fill line.
    • For enhanced cooling, place the provided ice packs (after freezing) into the water tank.

    • Close the water tank cover securely.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

The SOOPYK IKT CLZ01 can be operated using the touch control panel on top of the unit or the included remote control.

5.1 Power ON/OFF

  • Press the ON/OFF button on the control panel or remote control to turn the unit on or off.

5.2 Speed Adjustment

The unit offers three fan speeds: Low, Medium, and High.

  • Press the Speed button repeatedly to cycle through the speeds: Low → Medium → High.

5.3 Mode Selection

Choose from three wind modes: Normal, Natural, and Sleep.

  • Press the Mode button repeatedly to select your desired mode.
  • Normal Mode: Provides a steady, consistent airflow.
  • Natural Mode: Simulates natural wind by varying fan speed.
  • Sleep Mode: Operates at a lower, quieter speed for undisturbed rest.

5.4 Cooling/Humidification Function

To activate the evaporative cooling and humidification function:

  • Ensure the water tank is filled.
  • Press the Cooling button. The indicator light will illuminate, and the unit will begin to cool and humidify the air.
  • Press the Cooling button again to turn off this function.

5.5 Oscillation (Swing)

The unit features a broad oscillating function to distribute air evenly.

  • Press the Swing button to activate or deactivate the oscillation.

5.6 Timer Function

Set the unit to automatically turn off after a specified period (1, 2, 4, or 8 hours).

  • Press the Timer button repeatedly to select the desired shutdown time. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.
  • To cancel the timer, press the Timer button until all timer indicator lights are off.

5.7 Remote Control

The remote control allows convenient operation from a distance.

  • Ensure the remote control has working batteries.
  • Point the remote control towards the front of the air cooler.
  • All functions available on the control panel are also accessible via the remote control.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your air cooler.

6.1 Cleaning the Exterior

  • Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
  • Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Ensure no water enters the control panel or other electrical components.

6.2 Cleaning the Water Tank

  • Empty the water tank regularly, especially if the unit will not be used for an extended period.
  • Clean the water tank with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  • Allow the tank to air dry completely before reassembling.

6.3 Cleaning the Filter

The removable and washable filter should be cleaned periodically to maintain air quality and efficiency.

  1. Unplug the air cooler.
  2. Locate and remove the filter from the back of the unit.
  3. Rinse the filter under running water to remove dust and debris. For stubborn dirt, use a soft brush and mild detergent.
  4. Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinstalling. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
  5. Reinstall the dry filter into the unit.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your air cooler, refer to the following table for common problems and solutions:
