  1. Playback Options (MODE): Select different playback modes (e.g., Play in order, Repeat, Shuffle).
  2. Resume Button (PROG): Resumes playback from where it was last stopped.
  3. Sound Effects Options (EQ): Adjust equalizer settings (BBS, Pop, Jazz, Rock, Classic).
  4. Select Playlist (DIR): Used in MP3 mode to select directories.
  5. Power Off (STOP): Stops playback and powers off the device.
  6. Power On/Pause (PLAY/PAUSE): Powers on the device or pauses/resumes playback.
  7. Next/Fast Forward: Skips to the next track or fast forwards within a track.
  8. Previous/Backward: Skips to the previous track or rewinds within a track.
  9. A-B Repetition: Repeats a specific segment of audio.
  10. Open CD: Slide to open the CD compartment.
  11. Lock Switch (HOLD): Locks all buttons to prevent accidental operation.
  12. Volume Button (+VOL-): Adjusts the volume level.
  13. Earphone Plug: 3.5mm audio output for headphones.
  14. Charging Indicator: LED light indicating charging status.
  15. Charging Port: Micro USB port for charging.
  16. Power Switch: Main power ON/OFF switch.
  17. TF Card Slot: Insert a Micro SD card for MP3 playback.

Setup

Charging the Battery

The MONODEAL CD player features a built-in 1400 mAh rechargeable lithium battery, providing up to 15 hours of playback on a full charge. Before first use, fully charge the device.

Inserting a CD

  1. Ensure the Power Switch (16) is in the "ON" position.
  2. Slide the "OPEN" switch (10) to open the CD compartment cover.
  3. Carefully place a CD (CD, CD-R, CD-RW, MP3, HDCD disc) onto the spindle with the label side facing up.
  4. Gently press the center of the CD until it clicks into place.
  5. Close the CD compartment cover firmly until it latches.

Inserting a TF Card (Micro SD Card)

Basic Playback

Playback Modes (MODE Button)

Press the MODE button (1) repeatedly to cycle through the following playback options:

Equalizer Settings (EQ Button)

Press the EQ button (3) to select different sound effects:

A-B Repeat Function

This function allows you to repeat a specific segment of audio, useful for language learning or studying.

  1. During playback, press the A-B button (9) once to set the starting point (A).
  2. Press the A-B button (9) again to set the ending point (B). The player will then repeatedly play the segment between A and B.
  3. Press the A-B button (9) a third time to cancel the A-B repeat function.

Resume Function (PROG Button)

The player has a resume function that allows it to start from the track where you last stopped. This is automatically enabled.

Anti-Skip Protection (ASP)

The advanced anti-skip and anti-shock technology ensures continuous playback even during movement or on bumpy surfaces, making it suitable for exercising or driving.

Car Use

This portable CD player can be used in a car via the car's 3.5mm AUX port. Note: It only works with a 3.5mm AUX port and does not support USB, Type-C, or Bluetooth connections for car audio.
