Introduction
The FRESKO V8 Hands-Free Full Automatic Vacuum Sealer Machine is designed to preserve food freshness up to 8 times longer than conventional storage methods. Setup
Before first use, ensure all packaging materials are removed from the unit. Place the vacuum sealer on a flat, stable surface. Connect the power cord to the machine and then to a suitable power outlet.

Operating Instructions
The FRESKO V8 features a fully automatic operation with an LED touch screen and visual progress bar. Simply insert the bag and select the desired mode.
Basic Vacuum Sealing Steps:
- Prepare your food and place it inside a compatible vacuum sealer bag.
- Insert the open end of the bag into the vacuum sealing channel of the machine.
- Select the appropriate mode on the LED touch screen:
- DRY: For solid food items.
- MOIST: For poached, simmered, or steamed food items.
- SEAL: To seal the bag without vacuuming.
- The machine will automatically vacuum and seal the bag. The visual progress bar on the LED screen will indicate the current process.
- To stop the operation at any time, press any of the buttons. The machine will automatically stop vacuuming or sealing.

External Vacuum Function:
The FRESKO V8 also supports external vacuuming for containers or zipper bags using the accessory hose.
- Pull out the external pumping component. The "EXTERNAL VAC" light will illuminate.
- Align one end of the transparent interface with the vacuum tank.
- Press the "EXTERNAL VAC" button. The vacuum sealer will begin to work.
- The vacuum sealer stops pumping when the "EXTERNAL VAC" light turns white and stays on.
- Note: Please take out the transparent interface from the external pumping component and stab the cupped side into the wine cork if you want to vacuum red wine.

Maintenance
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your vacuum sealer.
Cleaning the Drip Tray:
The FRESKO V8 features a removable drip tray for easy cleaning.
- Carefully remove the magnetic attracting drip tray from the machine.
- Wash the drip tray with warm, soapy water.
- Rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before reinserting it into the vacuum sealer.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your FRESKO V8 Vacuum Sealer, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Machine not turning on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the machine and a working electrical outlet.
- Bag not vacuuming properly: Check that the bag is correctly positioned within the vacuum channel and that there are no wrinkles or creases in the sealing area. Ensure the bag is compatible with vacuum sealers.
- Poor seal: Verify that the sealing strip is clean and free from food debris. Allow the machine to cool down if it has been used continuously for an extended period.
- External vacuum not working: Confirm that the external pumping component is properly connected and that the container/bag is sealed correctly around the accessory hose.
