Powering the Radio
The Greadio GR-T26 radio offers two power options:
- AC Power: Connect the included AC power cord to the radio's AC input port and plug the other end into a standard wall outlet. This allows for continuous operation.
- Battery Power: For portable use, insert four (4) D Cell batteries (not included) into the battery compartment located on the back of the radio. Ensure correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
Important: When using AC power, it is recommended to remove the D Cell batteries to prevent potential short-circuiting and damage to the radio.

Use the RADIO selector switch on the front panel to choose your desired frequency band:
- AM: Amplitude Modulation band.
- FM: Frequency Modulation band.
- SW: Shortwave band.
Tuning to a Station
Once a band is selected:
- Slowly rotate the TUNING knob (located on the right side of the radio) to scan through frequencies.
- The current frequency will be displayed on the LCD screen.
- Extend the telescopic antenna fully for optimal FM and SW reception. For AM, the internal antenna is generally sufficient, but rotating the radio may improve reception.
