5. Operating Instructions
The Alpina Lucerne Electric Fireplace offers both heating and a realistic flame effect, which can be used independently.
- Power On/Off: Locate the main power switch on the control panel. Flip it to the 'ON' position to power the unit.
- Flame Effect Only: To enjoy the realistic LED flame effect without heat, ensure the heat switches are in the 'OFF' position. The flame effect will activate automatically when the main power is on.
- Heat Settings: The fireplace has two heat settings (1000W and 2000W). Use the heat switches on the control panel to select your desired heat output. You can choose between low heat (1000W) or high heat (2000W).
- Adjusting Temperature (Thermostat): Turn the thermostat knob on the control panel to set the desired room temperature. The heater will cycle on and off to maintain this temperature.
- Power Off: To turn off the fireplace, flip the main power switch to the 'OFF' position and unplug the unit from the wall socket.
