4. Setup
4.1. Installation Guide
Professional installation is highly recommended for this car stereo. Ensure the vehicle's power is disconnected before beginning installation. Refer to the detailed wiring diagram provided in this manual and the included accessories for correct connections.

Key Installation Steps:
- Carefully remove the original car stereo unit from your Jeep Renegade.
- Connect the ISO Wiring Harness to the vehicle's existing wiring.
- Connect the RCA Cable, GPS Antenna, 4G Antenna, USB Cables, CANbus Cable, and Camera Cable as per the wiring diagram.
- For the reverse camera, connect the reversing camera input port (33) from the ISO harness to the camera video input port (13) on the supplied camera cable.
- Securely mount the XTRONS head unit into the dashboard.
- Reconnect the vehicle's power and perform initial testing.

4.2. Initial Power-On
After installation, turn on your vehicle's ignition. The XTRONS logo should appear, followed by the main interface. If the unit does not power on, recheck all wiring connections.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Main Interface Navigation
The 9-inch touchscreen allows intuitive navigation. Swipe left or right to access different screens, and tap icons to open applications such as Radio, Bluetooth, Music, Navigation, and Settings.

5.2. Connecting to CarPlay / Android Auto
To connect your smartphone:
- Wireless Connection: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both your phone and the head unit. Pair your phone with the head unit via Bluetooth. Once paired, the CarPlay or Android Auto prompt should appear.
- Wired Android Auto: Connect your Android phone to the head unit using a USB cable. Follow the on-screen prompts to initiate Android Auto.
5.3. Using GPS Navigation
Tap the "Navigation" icon on the main screen. You can use pre-installed maps or download your preferred navigation apps from the Google Play Store. The unit supports GPS, BDS, and GLONASS for accurate positioning.
5.4. Bluetooth Pairing
Go to "Settings" > "Bluetooth". Turn on Bluetooth and search for available devices. Select your phone from the list and confirm the pairing code. Once connected, you can make calls, stream music, and sync your phone book.
