Connecting Devices:

The stabilizer features two 3-pin outlets. Connect your devices as follows:

  • One outlet is for Smart/LED/LCD/OLED/3D TV (up to 80 inches).
  • The second outlet is for HD/SD Set Top Box, Home Theatre System, or Gaming Console.

The stabilizer comes with a 6A 3-pin plug for connecting to the main power supply. Use a multipin adapter if connecting additional low-power loads, ensuring total load does not exceed the stabilizer's capacity.

3. Operating Instructions

Once installed and connected, the Voltino Grand Digi Plus operates automatically to protect your devices.

Power On/Off:

  • Connect the stabilizer's power cord to a wall socket.
  • The stabilizer will initiate its Initial Time Delay System (typically 4-6 seconds) before supplying power to connected devices. This delay protects devices from immediate power surges upon startup.
  • To turn off, disconnect the stabilizer from the main power supply.

Digital Display:

The dual seven-segment digital display provides real-time information:

  • The display alternates between showing the Output Voltage and the Input Voltage.
  • A touch-sensing switch allows adjustment of the display brightness.

Voltage Regulation:

The stabilizer operates within a wide input voltage range of 90V to 290V. It automatically adjusts the output voltage to a safe level (around 220V-240V) for your devices.

  • If the input voltage is within the normal operating range (e.g., 190V-250V), the output voltage may appear similar to the input, as no significant correction is needed.
  • If the input voltage drops below the normal range (e.g., below 190V), the stabilizer will boost the output voltage (up to 40V boost).
  • If the input voltage rises above the normal range (e.g., above 250V), the stabilizer will buck (reduce) the output voltage (up to 48V buck).

4. Maintenance

The V-Guard Voltino Grand Digi Plus TV Stabilizer requires minimal maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

  • Cleaning: Periodically wipe the exterior of the stabilizer with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
  • Ventilation: Ensure that the stabilizer's ventilation openings are not obstructed. Maintain adequate space around the unit for proper airflow.
  • Connections: Regularly check all power connections to ensure they are secure and free from damage.
  • Avoid Overloading: Do not connect devices that exceed the stabilizer's 4A capacity. Refer to the specifications section for details.

5. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your V-Guard Voltino Grand Digi Plus TV Stabilizer, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Stabilizer not turning on / No displayNo power supply to the stabilizer.
  • Check if the main power switch is ON.
  • Ensure the stabilizer's power cord is securely plugged into the wall socket.
  • Verify the wall socket is functional by plugging in another device.
Connected devices not receiving power
  • Stabilizer is in time delay mode.
  • Overload protection activated.
  • Loose connections.
  • Wait for the initial time delay (4-6 seconds) to complete.
  • Reduce the total load connected to the stabilizer.
  • Check if device power cords are securely plugged into the stabilizer's outlets.
Input and Output voltage display are similarInput voltage is within the safe operating range. This is normal operation. The stabilizer only corrects voltage when it falls outside the safe range (90-290V). If your input voltage is already stable, the output will match.
Stabilizer feels hot
  • Overload.
  • Poor ventilation.
  • Disconnect some devices to reduce load.
  • Ensure adequate space around the stabilizer for airflow and that vents are not blocked.
  • The built-in thermal overload protection will shut down the unit if it overheats. Allow it to cool before restarting.
