Setup
1. Charging the Case and Earbuds
Before first use, fully charge both the charging case and the earbuds. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The LED indicators on the case will show the charging status. Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in the case for them to charge.
2. Pairing
For initial pairing, remove both earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically enter pairing mode. The LED light on the main earbud will flash red and white alternately, while the other earbud's LED will flash white continuously. Turn on Bluetooth on your device and select "SOUNDPEATS Truengine 3 SE" from the list of available devices to connect.

Operating Instructions
Touch Controls
The SoundPEATS Truengine 3 SE earbuds feature sensitive touch controls for various functions:
- Play/Pause Music: Double tap the earbud.
- Volume Down: Tap the left earbud once.
- Volume Up: Tap the right earbud once.
- Previous Track: Long press the left earbud for 1.5 seconds.
- Next Track: Long press the right earbud for 1.5 seconds.
- Answer/Hang Up Phone Calls: Double tap the earbud.
- Reject Phone Call: Long press the earbud for 1.5 seconds.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap the earbud.
- Game Mode: Triple tap the left earbud to activate/deactivate. This mode reduces latency to 60ms for an enhanced gaming experience.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Earbuds
To ensure optimal performance and hygiene, regularly clean your earbuds. Use a soft cloth with a bit of rubbing alcohol to gently clean the charging connectors on both the earbuds and inside the charging case. This helps maintain a reliable connection for charging.
2. Charging Frequency
It is recommended to charge the earbuds and charging case at least once every 3 months to preserve battery health, even if not in regular use.
Troubleshooting
Resetting the Earbuds
If the earbuds cannot pair with each other, or cannot connect with your device, perform a reset:
- Clear the pairing record of "SOUNDPEATS Truengine 3 SE" from your device's Bluetooth list.
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case. Ensure the LED indicators on the earbuds light up, indicating they are in charging status.
- Long press both multi-function buttons (MFBs) on the earbuds for 10 seconds. The LED indicators in both earbuds will flash white twice, indicating the reset is complete.
After the reset, remove the earbuds from the case and attempt to pair them with your device again.
